- Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and may incur a surcharge.

Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 3 days before check-in.
- Within 3 days: the first night is charged.
- No-show: no refund.

Children and extra beds
Children under 6 share the bed with their parents for free. An extra bed costs VND 350,000 per night, one extra bed per Superior or Mermaid room.

Parking
Underground parking is free for hotel guests; please give your plate number at the front desk.
